What is Assurz ...
The Assurz “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” allows customers to buy online with total confidence. If for any reason a shopper is unhappy with his or her purchase within the first 90 days after delivery, Assurz will refund the price of the item including tax and shipping, and provide packaging materials as needed. Assurz does not charge merchants restocking fees, and even pays the return shipping fee. Merchandise is liquidated in secondary channels to avoid competing with participating merchants.

One Click Protection ...
When a customer is shopping through a merchant's online store Assurz is a simple option which customer's can be offered during the cart checkout process. When the customer selects the Assurz Satisfaction Guarantee (ASG) a small fee is added to the total purchase price of the item the customer is purchasing. When the order ships the customer will automatically receive and email confirmation which will include an ASG identification number.

Customer can easily initiate a return directly with Assurz, saving the merchant time and money, by calling the toll-free 877-ASSURZ-7 number within 90 days of the order's ship date with their ASG identification number. Customer's then return the item(s) to Assurz. Assurz will pay for return shipping and even provide packing material, if necessary, free of charge and the customer never pays a restocking fee. Once Assurz gets the returned items a full refund, including shipping and taxes, is refunded to the customer.
